Join us for the Lucky O’Possum, a spring trail run set in the scenic Pulaski County Park along the shores of beautiful Lake Cumberland! This exciting event offers three race distances—5K, 10K, and Half Marathon—all winding through wooded trails, rolling hills, and picturesque creek views.

Runners of all levels can test their endurance on well-marked trails while enjoying the crisp spring air and the camaraderie of fellow trail enthusiasts. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just out to have fun, you’ll feel the luck of the opossum on your side!

All events use tiered pricing . The most current pricing is listed on the registration website.
Registration fees may increase overtime until they reach a base fee. So register early.
Price increase dates subject to change based on demand.
All registrations subject to RunSignup Fees and sales tax based on your judication.
Expect +/-1000 meters on each distance. Course distances and details are subject to change based on changing trail conditions/weather.

Rules

No dogs allowed during the run due to insurance and the safety of all involved
Stay on the set course. Cutting corners or off course may result in time penalty or DQ depending on the circumstances.
Check in at mandatory checkpoint(s).
No littering on the course. Pack it in, pack it out.
Use proper trail etiquette. Pass on the left when possible.
Announce that you are passing.
The course remains open to the general public so please be courteous.
Be a positive representation of the sport.
While not enforced,if wearing earbuds, please use open earbuds or only in one ear,
