Lisa Hays
Staff Member/Running Coach
Lisa is an ISSA-Certified Running Coach, ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, & Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She first became interested in running during college and trained for/raced in her first half marathons in 2016. Later that year, Lisa moved to Somerset KY & began teaching group fitness classes, eventually serving as the Group Fitness Director at Get Fit Athletic Club for 2 years. She also has experience teaching yoga to patients receiving treatment for trauma & mood disorders as part of a clinical treatment team at Bespoke Treatment. Lisa currently works to help clients reach their health & fitness goals at Redefining Strength. She initially teamed up with VINDURA in 2023 by helping to put on events, & now also competes in adventure races with Aaron & Travis as part of the race team. Lisa is passionate about helping people become the happiest, healthiest, best versions of themselves through movement, running, & outdoor adventures.
